An exploration of rhythm, captured from the side of Bostaph’s drum kit, Call to Arms is a visual declaration of force, power, and movement. Upon study, movement that initially appears abstract transforms into figures and shapes that unveil themselves and come to life. Within the canvas’ dark atmosphere, Bostaph’s work showcases reds, burnt amber, and blue in the canvas’ visual.

THE COLLECTION

The Nocturne Kraft Collection was crafted in Los Angeles in 2024. Working out of SIR Studios in Hollywood, Paul Bostaph and art team SceneFour sought to showcase Bostaph’s drumming into a collection of visuals through the use of pressure sensitive drumsticks that light. The result is a collection of five different visuals, each available in limited editions, that explore Bostaph’s unique technique, signature movements, and the abstract imagery that comes forward when rhythm is captured for canvas.
